Your order will be printed exactly as you specify. If you have a question about a particular product, please request a sample. Many samples are free, some more costly samples do have a charge, but are returnable. In many instances, we can supply you with a preproduction sample showing your print, either an actual sample or a virtual sample. There is often a charge for a preproduction sample which will be added to you order. We will ask you to approve this cost before proceeding with production.

While we attempt to ship the exact quantity ordered, however due to possible spoilage, we reserve the right to ship over or under your specified quantity by 5% with billing for the actual quantity shipped. If you require an exact amount, please specify and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Production times shown are an approximation. If you have a use date or required in hands date, please make sure to let us know so we can meet this date. If we are not advised of a required date, we will assume that you need your order as soon as possible. In some instances expedited air freight shipment is required. Please advise if we are to use your shipper number or if you would like us to use ours and add these costs. Merchandise is shipped FOB Factories and we cannot be responsible for delays in common carrier shipment which are beyond our control. Please provide street addresses and suite number for shipments, not PO boxes.

Since each order is prepared and printed especially for you, merchandise supplied which has been printed in accordance with your specifications is not returnable. If there is a problem, we will, however, do everything in our power to assist in correcting the situation.
